The J12 is a luxury watch that exudes comfort, quality with a hint of mystery. After introducing the first tourbillon design, Chanel has created the J12 luxury watch that features a highly innovative high-tech Giulio Papi team design. There is unique ceramic bottom plate and the this perfectly round watch, with a 47mm diameter, has been designed without a side crown to ensure optimum Chanel rMt-10 calibre comfort on the wrist and Chanel has said that this is part of the “RÉtroGrade MystÉrieuse” design.

The rétrograde has the crown built into the dial, when unretracted it is ready to perform its various functions (winding and setting the time). Finish setting time or winding you push it back in and remains locked in the down position. There is a digital minute counter and is displayed in a magnifying aperture at 6 o’clock:
